Conference Registration: Registration cost is $450 per participant.  Payment can be made in the form of credit card, check, or purchase order at the time of registration.  Conference registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  This cost includes conference attendance and lunch all three days.  Please register at the online registration site. 

Registration Hints:

1.       At bottom of registration page, click on “Add to Cart.”

2.       Click on “Begin Registration.”

3.       During the registration process, you will be asked for your social security number.  If you choose not to include your social security number, check on the link at the bottom of the page that says “No social security number” in order to be assigned a random number for registration.

Host Hotels:  You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations/payment.  Please note each hotel has different rates, amenities, and cancellation policies.  To receive the conference rate, ask for “LMS-CIA” room block.  Register by October 1, 2009 to get group rate.
