FCR-STEM provides these STEM Data Snapshots, indicators of Florida’s STEM educational effectiveness, to assist public education stakeholders. State policymakers, parents, businesses, and educators may find this site useful for quick, collective, and clear depictions of mathematics and science achievement trends in Florida. These data snapshots depict trends in grade-level achievement for all students as well as differences in achievement among subgroups.
The STEM Data Snapshots will be updated as new achievement data become available. The collection will also expand to include other secondary assessments such as ACT, SAT, and Advanced Placement results. In 2010, post-secondary STEM indicators will be added.
