  • Dr. Amy L. Baylor, founded RITL in 2002 (formerly the PALS research group) and serves as its Director. She is currently on leave from Florida State University, serving as Program Director of Human-Centered Computing at the National Science Foundation.

  • Rinat Rosenberg-Kima is a doctoral student at Florida State University, pursuing a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems. Her background includes BS in computer sciences and MA in Psychology. Research interests: complex problem solving, implications for programming learning.
